After high school I attended SUNY Albany. Met and married Patsy Spicci in December of 1961. Graduated as a school librarian in Jan. '62. The college referred me to a job in Clarkstown Jr. High. I was accepted so we moved to Rockland Co., NY where Patsy originally lived.

We had three children--two boys and a girl. In 1968 I returned to work at the Rockland Co. Department of Social Services. In 1979 I graduated from Fordham with a masters in social work. I retired in Dec. '95with almost thirty years in the state retirement system.

I divorced my first husband in 1985 and moved to Orange Co. Met my current husband, Vince Soukup, through a personal ad in the local paper. We married in Aug. '97 with his three children(one boy and two girls) and my three in the wedding party.

Vince is retiring next month and we are moving to Vero Beach, Florida. Vince is an avid collector of antique tools and dabbles in others. I collect costume jewelry and we both play bridge. My three children have produced six grandchildren and are scattered all over. The newest is in Oregon, two are in Connecticut and three are in Boca Raton, FL. So we expect to be busy!

I'm looking forward to catching up on the rest of our classmates histories.
